The Experience Behind the Business
Bowie Business Services, LLC was built on more than 30 years of experience helping organizations stay organized, supported, and moving forward.
I have spent my career working behind the scenes to help leaders, teams, and organizations manage the details that keep their operations running.
My experience spans business and nonprofit environments, with responsibilities including executive support, office and operations management, board administration, bookkeeping, vendor coordination, meetings and events, administrative systems, and day-to-day operational support.
For more than 12 years, I served as an Office Manager and Corporate Secretary for a statewide nonprofit organization. In that role, I supported executive leadership, coordinated board activities, managed financial and administrative systems, and helped lead operational activities including conferences, meetings, and office relocations.
I also bring more than six years of remote and hybrid work experience, supporting clients and teams through administrative, operational, and business support services.
WHY I BUILT BBS
Over the years, I've seen how easily the work behind a business can become complicated.
Processes change. Responsibilities grow. Systems stop working the way they once did. Important information lives in too many places. And sometimes the person responsible for making everything work is also the person trying to lead the business.
That's where BBS comes in.
Bowie Business Services helps businesses assess what's happening, identify what needs attention, improve how the work gets done, document the processes, and help implement practical solutions.
The goal isn't simply to keep up with the work.
The goal is to help build a business that can operate more effectively.

I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive, while understanding that every business has different needs.
That's why BBS doesn't begin with a package or a predetermined list of tasks.
We begin by understanding the business.
Then we determine what needs to happen, what level of support is appropriate, and how BBS can help move the work forward.
MY GOAL IS SIMPLE:
To help businesses become more organized, proactive, and capable of functioning effectively—so leadership can focus on strategy, growth, and the work that matters most.
